During the course of our two year Program, Graduates have an opportunity to experience different aspects of our organisation working in six month rotations across a range of business units and teams – broadly aligned with their qualification – and are given real responsibility from the start.
The rotation-based approach provides our Graduates with well-rounded experience across the business, plus the support and guidance to help them succeed in their placement and broader professional career.
When conditions permit – and we acknowledge COVID-19 has disrupted plans for our current intake of Graduates – our Graduates have the chance to undertake interstate or international (usually Germany or Western Europe) rotations. International rotations are typically for a duration of three months.
