Our Graduates have an opportunity to experience different aspects of our organisation, and are given responsibility from the start. Additionally, our Graduates have the chance to gain international experience by undertaking a rotation in Germany, learning about the origins of REMONDIS, and seeing how sustainability is approached in Europe.
